Show us Your Life-- Master Bedroom

So I'm a little late with my post for Show us your life on Kelly's Korner, but I still wanted to post. I'm a habitual House Hunters viewer and I can't lie--- I love looking at houses. I love getting decorating ideas, but more importantly I like to see the efficient use of space.

I missed last week's living room pictures, but I did manage to get the master bedroom pictures taken and uploaded-- so here ya go. Enjoy; especially if you're as snoopy as I am!
*And until I can purchase an awesome camera (anything better than my iPhone), you will continue to see pictures that aren't very clear. Sorry :(

When I was about 8 months pregnant with my second baby, I decided that it was high time we buy a bedroom set. So thankfully, my husband agreed with my nesting instincts and we've had this set for four years now. You can't see it very well here, but it is all in Merlot finish. We have the two nightstands, the bed, the dresser/mirror and the armoire. We usually have a great comforter on our bed that matches the artwork seen below, but we leave it off for a couple of months during the summer because of the heat. Judging by the weather lately, I think it may be time to add it back.

This is just another shot of some bed and the dresser.

A more close up picture of the dresser

This is what you see in the reflection. It's a little collage of photos from two years ago. I'm pathetic and haven't filled in more black and white pictures. You can see the spots where I've left the model photos in ---yes I need to replace them!

These are a few of the things I keep on the dresser. Love the little figurine, my Kansas Rain candle, and my precious photos of the babes a week after Brownie was born.

You can see in the picture below that I do have pictures of my other kiddos on top of the armoire. There is a picture of 1 week old Bug with me and a picture of 1 week old Boushka with me. Peach and Brownie are loving on each other in another picture, and our Best Man's toast is framed in the big black frame.

Ummmm..... please ignore the laundry hampers to the right of our armoire.
Thanks for stopping by!
